Telemetry-aware diagnostics
We log into your Eversys ETC dashboard before dispatch where access is granted. Half the calls let us pre-stage the right parts and arrive ready, not arrive to diagnose.
On-site service for Eversys Cameo, Enigma, and Shotmaster across SoCal hotels, hospitality groups, and corporate dining. Same-day response, telemetry-aware diagnostics.
We log into your Eversys ETC dashboard before dispatch where access is granted. Half the calls let us pre-stage the right parts and arrive ready, not arrive to diagnose.
For hotel groups running Eversys across 3+ properties, we standardize PM intervals and parts inventory across the fleet. One vendor, one record, one invoice cycle.
Brew-unit work is the highest-frequency Eversys repair category. We have rebuilt enough of them that we strip and reseal in 30-40 minutes. Most shops budget 90. EPA Section 608 Universal certified for the integrated e’Fridge refrigeration units that pair with Cameo and Enigma installs.
On every install or PM visit, we spend 15 minutes with the on-shift staff on daily cleaning protocols. Operator-side maintenance discipline is what makes Eversys uptime predictable.
If we're on a job or it's after hours, this form is the fastest way to get on the schedule. Tell us the machine and what it's doing — we call or text back with a diagnostic estimate and an arrival window.

Eversys is the Swiss-built super-automatic that landed in LA hotel lobbies and corporate cafeterias the loudest of any hospitality brand in the past decade. We service the full lineup. Telemetry data lets us pre-diagnose half the calls before the truck even rolls.
Compact single-group, up to 300 shots per day. M-series = 1-step (auto milk to cup), S-series = 2-step (steam wand for pitcher work). Most-installed Eversys in LA boutique hotels.
Twin brew groups, shared grinder set, up to 525 shots per hour. The premium hotel-lobby and corporate-flagship choice. 4-Wide variant supports two operators side-by-side.
High-volume foodservice. Up to 700 shots per hour, four shots simultaneously. Built for QSR, large hotel banquet, airport. Telemetry mandatory at this volume.
Standalone auto-foam wand integrated into Cameo and Enigma. Programmable temperature, 4 milk profiles. Common service item — milk-protein scaling.
Hot chocolate and chai modules, milk refrigeration, cup warming. We service all three.
Most common Eversys call. Usually mineral buildup on the brew chamber piston seal or grind too fine. Telemetry pre-flags this 3-5 days before owners notice. Strip, clean, regrease the seal.
e’Foam wands clog faster than open wands because the auto-flow path is narrower. Daily steam-wand cleaning protocol matters more than on traditional machines. Quarterly deep clean during PM.
Eversys ETC telemetry runs over the property’s network — most "telemetry down" calls are network-side, not machine-side. We troubleshoot to the network handoff but do not configure the property’s router. Coordinate with IT.
Cameo uses 64mm ceramic burrs. Service life under hotel-volume load is 18-24 months. Watch for grind-time drift on telemetry; replace before grind quality drops.
Eversys uses dual boilers (brew + steam). Hard-water LA neighborhoods (Long Beach, Santa Monica) require annual descale. Soft-water properties stretch to 18 months.
Eversys brew units need food-grade silicone grease on the piston seal at scheduled intervals. Skipping this is the #1 cause of premature seal failure.

Most Eversys calls come out of house kitchens and small offices, so the dispatch pattern follows the residential grid: Eversys repair in Santa Monica, Eversys repair in Pasadena, Eversys repair in Silver Lake, Eversys repair in Hollywood, Eversys repair in Ventura County and Eversys repair in Long Beach. Same technician, same rates everywhere on the grid — 25 cities across five counties, same-day when the schedule allows.
Recent job: Cameo C2S at a Beverly Hills boutique hotel, telemetry showed slow brew-cycle drift over 5 days. Pre-diagnosed remotely as brew-unit piston seal wear. Rolled with seal kit and silicone grease pre-staged. Total: 1.25 hours on-site, $280 parts and labor. Total uptime impact: zero — service was scheduled for the 2pm slot when guest demand drops; afternoon coffee service was uninterrupted.
If your hotel runs a single Cameo and your daily cup count is under 80, you are over-equipped. The $25-30K acquisition cost is hard to amortize at that volume. A Schaerer Coffee Club or even a high-end Jura X-line gets you the same daily quality at half the upfront cost. We tell prospects this even though it means a smaller initial sale.
Tell us your Eversys model and what's wrong. We'll respond within the hour with a diagnostic estimate and ETA.
