A Breville, a Jura, a De'Longhi or an E61 on a kitchen counter is collected from your address, repaired on the bench in Los Angeles and brought back. You do not box it and you do not drive it anywhere. San Diego County is on the Friday run. Ventura County and the Santa Barbara South Coast, Carpinteria to Goleta, share the Monday run. The Santa Ynez Valley, Lompoc and Santa Maria are by arrangement.
Plumbed and commercial machines are serviced where they stand
A two-group bar machine, a plumbed home machine or a super-automatic in a hotel lobby does not get moved. A technician comes to it. A repair on either route starts with the same diagnostic. The $145 diagnostic is credited in full toward the repair when you approve the estimate.
