Office Coffee Service partnerships
We work with several LA-area Office Coffee Service providers as their on-site service vendor for Newco-equipped accounts. The customer gets one bill from their OCS provider; we handle the service in the background.
On-site service for Newco NKLP, OCS-12, ACE, NK-DV, and FreshCup platforms across Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego and Ventura.

NKLP is the simplest commercial brewer we service. Most calls are descale or sprayhead clean — 1-hour visits. We do not pretend otherwise to inflate invoices.
For office coffee programs, Newco NKLP is fine — simpler than Bunn CWTF, comparable cup quality, slightly lower acquisition. For restaurants doing 100+ cups/day, Bunn is the better operating decision; Newco is sized for office volume.
Office Newco units fit into our routine office-rounds schedule. Most customers see us quarterly without booking individual calls.
If we're on a job or it's after hours, this form is the fastest way to get on the schedule. Tell us the machine and what it's doing — we call or text back with a diagnostic estimate and an arrival window.

Newco is the office-coffee and small-restaurant brewer that quietly serves LA corporate breakouts and convenience locations. Less common than Bunn or Curtis but well-built and easy to service. We see Newco mostly through OCS (office coffee service) provider partnerships and in small independent restaurants.
Office coffee staple. 1.5-gallon airpot output, programmable, simple controls. The most-installed Newco in LA office breakouts.
Office Coffee Service line. 12 or 15 cup decanter brewers, lower acquisition cost. Office-bay and small restaurant use.
Automatic coffee equipment line. Compact, programmable. Convenience and small restaurant.
Dual-voltage variants of NKLP and OCS lines. Run on 120V or 120/208-240V. Common where electrical is non-standard.
Single-cup brewer line. Pod or filter-based. Less common in LA than Keurig-style alternatives.
Older NKLP and OCS variants from 2010-2016. Still in service across many LA offices. Mechanically simpler than current generation.
Same root cause as Bunn: scale buildup, not machine fault. Newco brewers are even simpler mechanically; descaling solves 9 out of 10 "slow brew" calls.
Newco sprayheads are simpler perforation patterns than Bunn or Curtis but still scale up over time. Clean or replace at 6-12 month intervals depending on water hardness.
Newco brew valves are mechanically robust. When they fail, it is usually mineral seizure rather than electrical fault. Bench clean or replace.
Newco elements run 8-10 years under office volume. Less under restaurant volume. Replacement is straightforward; access is friendly.
OCS-12 and OCS-15 lower warmer plates fail at 5-7 years. Inexpensive part, 20-minute swap. Most owners replace rather than repair.
NKLP airpot lids and faucets wear at the gasket. More an "airpot replenishment" item than a brewer service. Annual inspection during PM.

Newco units mostly live on cafe bars and hospitality counters, so the dispatch pattern follows the commercial corridors: Newco repair in Los Angeles, Newco repair in Orange County, Newco repair in Long Beach, Newco repair in San Diego, Newco repair in Santa Monica and Newco repair in Inland Empire. Same technician, same rates everywhere on the grid — 25 cities across five counties, same-day when the schedule allows.
Recent job: 6-year-old NKLP Twin at a Westside corporate office (~80 cups/day across two pots), reported "machine completely broken — won’t brew either side." Diagnosed: severe scale buildup blocking water flow on both sides simultaneously, plus one sprayhead 80% clogged. Descaled both tanks, replaced both sprayheads (cheap), tested through 6 cycles. Total: 1.75 hours, $185 parts and labor. The "broken" machine was a perfectly fine machine that had not been descaled in 4 years.
Newco NKLP is the right answer for offices under 100 cups/day where the menu is drip coffee and nothing fancy. The extra $400-$600 to upgrade to Bunn CWTF gives you more durability and a better parts pipeline; below that volume threshold, the upgrade does not earn back the difference. We will say so even though it costs us nothing to upsell.
Tell us your Newco model and what's wrong. We'll respond within the hour with a diagnostic estimate and ETA.
