SECTION 02 · WHY US

Four differentiators

01

Telemetry-aware diagnostics

We log into your Eversys ETC dashboard before dispatch where access is granted. Half the calls let us pre-stage the right parts and arrive ready, not arrive to diagnose.

02

Multi-property consistency

For hotel groups running Eversys across 3+ properties, we standardize PM intervals and parts inventory across the fleet. One vendor, one record, one invoice cycle.

03

Brew-unit rebuild experience

Brew-unit work is the highest-frequency Eversys repair category. We have rebuilt enough of them that we strip and reseal in 30-40 minutes. Most shops budget 90. EPA Section 608 Universal certified for the integrated e’Fridge refrigeration units that pair with Cameo and Enigma installs.

04

Operator training included

On every install or PM visit, we spend 15 minutes with the on-shift staff on daily cleaning protocols. Operator-side maintenance discipline is what makes Eversys uptime predictable.

Eversys is the Swiss-built super-automatic that landed in LA hotel lobbies and corporate cafeterias the loudest of any hospitality brand in the past decade. We service the full lineup. Telemetry data lets us pre-diagnose half the calls before the truck even rolls.

SECTION 03 · MODELS WE SERVICE

Eversys line-up

M-01

Cameo (C2M / C2S / Classic / ST)

Compact single-group, up to 300 shots per day. M-series = 1-step (auto milk to cup), S-series = 2-step (steam wand for pitcher work). Most-installed Eversys in LA boutique hotels.

$25-38K new
M-02

Enigma (Classic / Barista ST, M / S)

Twin brew groups, shared grinder set, up to 525 shots per hour. The premium hotel-lobby and corporate-flagship choice. 4-Wide variant supports two operators side-by-side.

$60-95K new
M-03

Shotmaster (single / s-Pro / ms-Pro)

High-volume foodservice. Up to 700 shots per hour, four shots simultaneously. Built for QSR, large hotel banquet, airport. Telemetry mandatory at this volume.

$55-110K new
M-04

e’Foam Steam Wand (auto-foaming)

Standalone auto-foam wand integrated into Cameo and Enigma. Programmable temperature, 4 milk profiles. Common service item — milk-protein scaling.

M-05

e’Choco / e’Fridge / e’Cup Heater (accessories)

Hot chocolate and chai modules, milk refrigeration, cup warming. We service all three.

SECTION 04 · COMMON PROBLEMS

What goes wrong on a Eversys

  • P-01

Brew group jam (over-extraction or wet pucks)

Most common Eversys call. Usually mineral buildup on the brew chamber piston seal or grind too fine. Telemetry pre-flags this 3-5 days before owners notice. Strip, clean, regrease the seal.

    $220-$420
  • P-02

Steam wand pressure / temperature drift

e’Foam wands clog faster than open wands because the auto-flow path is narrower. Daily steam-wand cleaning protocol matters more than on traditional machines. Quarterly deep clean during PM.

    $95-$220
  • P-03

    Telemetry connection lost

Eversys ETC telemetry runs over the property’s network — most "telemetry down" calls are network-side, not machine-side. We troubleshoot to the network handoff but do not configure the property’s router. Coordinate with IT.

    $95-$240
  • P-04

    Grinder burr wear (Cameo)

Cameo uses 64mm ceramic burrs. Service life under hotel-volume load is 18-24 months. Watch for grind-time drift on telemetry; replace before grind quality drops.

    $180-$320
  • P-05

    Boiler descale (hard-water installs)

Eversys uses dual boilers (brew + steam). Hard-water LA neighborhoods (Long Beach, Santa Monica) require annual descale. Soft-water properties stretch to 18 months.

    $420-$680
  • P-06

    Brew unit regrease cycle

Eversys brew units need food-grade silicone grease on the piston seal at scheduled intervals. Skipping this is the #1 cause of premature seal failure.

    $140-$220
SECTION 04 · SERVICE TYPES

From emergency calls
to PM contracts.

S-01

Emergency Espresso Machine Repair

When your espresso machine goes down during morning rush, every hour of downtime is direct lost revenue. We dispatch same-day across LA, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and Ventura for commercial accounts — one phone call, one technician, one bill. The diagnostic visit credits toward the repair when work proceeds the same day.

S-02

Preventive Maintenance Contracts

A PM contract converts unpredictable repair costs into a predictable annual line item. Quarterly visits cover descaling, group-seal inspection, sprayhead cleaning, milk-system deep clean, software firmware checks, refrigerant-system inspection on hospitality equipment (EPA Section 608 Universal certified), and operator-side training refreshers. Twelve years of PM-contract work across SoCal hospitality, restaurant, and corporate accounts. We standardize the schedule across your fleet — one vendor, one parts inventory, one billing cycle.

S-03

Espresso Machine & Coffee Brewer Repair

We repair commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, and prosumer machines across 28 brands. Twelve-plus years working on every brand in our catalog. Diagnostic-first pricing means we tell you what is wrong and what it costs before any parts are ordered or work begins. The diagnostic charge ($145) credits toward the repair when work proceeds.

S-04

Espresso Machine Installation

New machine installations require plumbing, electrical, drain routing, water-filter setup, and on-site commissioning. We do all of it. Most LA cafe installs complete in a single 4-8 hour visit if the cabinet, electrical panel, and water supply are ready. We coordinate with general contractors when build-out is in progress.

S-05

Water Filtration for Espresso

Water quality is the single biggest variable affecting espresso machine service life and cup quality — more than machine brand, more than barista skill, more than bean choice. We consult, install, and service water filtration to the Specialty Coffee Association brewing standard across SoCal.

S-06

Used Espresso Machine Refurbishment

A 6-year-old commercial espresso machine on the used market is often a better buy than a new mid-tier machine — if it has been maintained and the price reflects its actual condition. We do refurbishment and resale prep for sellers, buy-side inspection for purchasers, and full restoration for heritage machines. The diagnostic-first workflow protects buyers and sellers equally.

SECTION 07 · FAQ

Frequently asked.

Q-01 How much does Eversys service cost?
Single-issue visits run $220-$680 including labor depending on the system involved. PM contract pricing is volume-based: a single Cameo on a quarterly PM runs $1,400-$1,800 per year; an Enigma fleet across 3 properties is custom-quoted.
Q-02 Do you service Eversys under factory warranty?
During the factory warranty period, your authorized Eversys distributor is your first call (typically 24 months). After warranty expires, or for issues outside warranty scope, we are your dispatch. Many hotels switch to us for non-warranty work to reduce vendor count.
Q-03 Can you read our Eversys telemetry remotely?
Yes, with your written authorization to access your ETC dashboard. We pre-diagnose remotely where possible and only roll a truck when the data confirms a hardware issue. This reduces unnecessary service visits by 30-40%.
Q-04 My Cameo grinds too fine and pucks come out wet. What is wrong?
In order of likelihood: brew-unit piston seal worn (regrease or replace), grinder calibration drift (recalibrate), or grind too fine for current bean roast (adjust). The first two are service calls; the third is a 5-minute setting change we can walk you through by phone.
Q-05 How often should an Enigma be serviced?
Quarterly PM at hotel-lobby volume (200-400 cups/day). Monthly visits for high-volume Enigmas in corporate flagship locations (600+ cups/day). The interval scales with throughput, not calendar time.
Q-06 What is the lifetime cost of an Enigma vs. a traditional machine?
Enigma machines run higher acquisition cost ($60-95K vs $15-25K for traditional) but lower labor-per-cup. Honest accounting: Enigma costs less than traditional when daily volume is over 250 cups and labor is over $20/hour. Below that volume, traditional is cheaper to operate. We will run the math with you.
SECTION 08 · CASE STUDY · HONEST OPINION
Recent job

Recent job: Cameo C2S at a Beverly Hills boutique hotel, telemetry showed slow brew-cycle drift over 5 days. Pre-diagnosed remotely as brew-unit piston seal wear. Rolled with seal kit and silicone grease pre-staged. Total: 1.25 hours on-site, $280 parts and labor. Total uptime impact: zero — service was scheduled for the 2pm slot when guest demand drops; afternoon coffee service was uninterrupted.

Honest opinion

If your hotel runs a single Cameo and your daily cup count is under 80, you are over-equipped. The $25-30K acquisition cost is hard to amortize at that volume. A Schaerer Coffee Club or even a high-end Jura X-line gets you the same daily quality at half the upfront cost. We tell prospects this even though it means a smaller initial sale.
