Orange County.
OC corporate · Hospitality
On-site espresso machine and coffee brewer service across all of Orange County: Anaheim, Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and beyond.
Orange County is its own service zone with distinct customer character: dense corporate office accounts (Irvine, Newport, Costa Mesa), Disney-area hospitality (Anaheim), beach hotel programs (Newport, Laguna, Huntington), and a steady population of independent cafes and restaurants across the county. Same-day dispatch from our central hub with consistent OC coverage.
OC corporate office accounts
Irvine, Newport, and Costa Mesa host one of the densest corporate-office concentrations in Southern California. Office coffee programs across these business parks run Jura X10 / GIGA 10, Eversys Cameo, Schaerer Coffee Club, and a steady population of Saeco / Lirika at mid-tier offices. Multi-machine fleet contracts are common — corporate accounts running 4-12 machines across executive break rooms, conference floors, and reception areas standardize on quarterly PM with us.
The operational pattern: Tuesday or Wednesday PM days for OC corporate cycles, dispatched in clustered routes covering 4-8 properties per day. Emergency dispatches break the route as needed; standard dispatch SLA on contracts is 4-hour business-hours response (extending the window vs. central LA reflects geography).
Disney-area Anaheim hospitality
Anaheim and the broader Disney-resort area run distinct hospitality coffee programs: hotel and resort properties, convention center, restaurant operations near the parks. Common platforms: Schaerer Coffee Soul for hotel lobby and breakfast, Eversys Enigma at flagship restaurants, Bunn ICB Twin Tall and Curtis G4 ThermoPro for high-volume convention coffee, plus a notable concentration of Thermoplan Black & White CTM2 at licensed-Starbucks venues throughout the area.
For licensed-Starbucks venues, our role is coordinated with Starbucks Coffee Company’s approved service network and the franchise operations team. We do not freelance around licensing requirements.
Coastal OC hospitality and water
Newport, Laguna, Huntington Beach hospitality programs face hard-water reality similar to coastal LA. Multi-stage filtration is mandatory at every commercial install. Five-Diamond and luxury properties (Pelican Hill, Montage Laguna, St. Regis Monarch Beach, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Resort at Pelican Hill) run flagship-tier hospitality (Eversys Enigma, Schaerer Soul flagship, Thermoplan at licensed-Starbucks, La Marzocco Linea PB at flagship restaurants). PM cycles are quarterly minimum.
OC independent cafe and restaurant scene
Independent specialty cafes across OC are scattered — dense in Costa Mesa (the Camp/SoBeCa corridor), notable in Newport and Laguna, present in Irvine and Tustin. Common platforms: La Marzocco Linea PB and Mini, Slayer V3 at higher-end specialty venues, Nuova Simonelli Appia Life and Rancilio Classe 7 at neighborhood cafes, Faema Prestige at a few Italian-cafe operators.
Restaurant cafe operations across OC range from family-restaurant tier (Rancilio Classe 5 / 7) to upscale-restaurant tier (La Marzocco, Slayer at higher-end venues). Banquet kitchens lean Bunn ICB or Curtis G4.
OC dispatch logistics
OC dispatch from our central LA hub: 3-5 hours during business hours for typical calls. Friday evening rush adds 1-2 hours; weekend dispatch is faster than weekday rush. PM-contract accounts get guaranteed 2-hour SLAs by pre-positioning techs near OC cluster days.
For large conventions at the Anaheim Convention Center, we coordinate event-window response in PM contracts — dispatch within 90 minutes during active events when techs are pre-positioned. Without contracts, emergency dispatch as available with emergency rate.
Local water
profile.
OC water sits in the harder mid-range. Coastal OC (Newport, Laguna, Huntington) runs harder than inland (Irvine, Anaheim, Tustin). Multi-stage filtration recommended for commercial installs in coastal OC; standard cartridge filtration sufficient for most inland installs.

Composite OC case: 4-property hotel group running Eversys Cameos across Newport, Laguna, Huntington, and Costa Mesa properties. Onboarded onto a single quarterly PM schedule with cartridge-tracking and event-window dispatch SLA. Year-1 results: zero unplanned downtime across the four properties (vs. 7 unplanned events in the prior year under per-call service). Annual cost increased $3,800 vs. prior year per-call billing but the hotel group reported the cost was offset 4x by avoided downtime and reduced operations-team coordination overhead.
OC corporate and hospitality fleets are the use case where PM contracts pencil most clearly. The avoided-downtime cost is high (corporate offices and hotel coffee programs cannot tolerate unplanned outages), the multi-machine fleet logistics favor a single vendor, and the coastal water profile demands the kind of disciplined cartridge-tracking that operators-side maintenance consistently misses. We have onboarded several OC fleet contracts over the past two years; none have churned back to per-call service.
